Netports will monitor, update, patch and perform systems administration support work for you inclusive. This can either be set up to be performed silently without us bothering you or only upon your instructions, the choice is yours. We have senior technical administrators ready to assist at any hour of the day or night, seven days a week with unlimited support instances.

Oh, and by the way, this is genuine Australian based support!

A full server systems administration, management and monitoring service which includes direct and unlimited support instances will normally cost anywhere from $150.00 to $300.00 per month elsewhere, but with Netports all this is 100% inclusive with every Netports server.

Unlimited cPanel™ Licence + Softaculous Inclusive

An unlimited domain cPanel™/WHM licence is included with every Netports dedicated server. This is normally a near $60.00 per month additional expense on top of a typical dedicated server cost. With Netports this is inclusive, as is Softaculous, which is usually yet another additional cost.

In the specific area of security Netports dedicated servers not only come delivered security hardened but they can also be further adjusted and maintained to deliver a PCI scanning compliance status independently confirmed by any PCI authorised scanner vendor (ASV).

The establishing and maintaining of compliance to the server scanning requirements of PCI is a specialist security area of which is not covered under our normal full server management service, therefore, there is an extra quarterly charge for this. This is called the "PCI Compliance Management Service" and is available on all Netports dedicated servers.
